Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
▪ If the reservation is cancelled sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental amount will be refunded.
▪ If the reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount will be refunded.
▪ There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
▪ Early departure does not warrant any type of refund.
